The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA will be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed concerning the large variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some higher number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office devoted to service the area every here day. The services position designed for intervention activities a superior inflow of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough sassa status for your Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to allow the servicing of all clients and increase usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
